When you’ve found the perfect recipe for your beloved dog or cat, you can rely on CHARM PETFOODS to support you for years to come.

The promotion applies to the purchases of 2.0kg bag size and any cat and dog CHARM recipes.

This promotion is presented by CHARM PETFOOD SINGAPORE and is specifically valid for selected recipes - Adult Dog, Surf & Turf Dog, Lamb & Salmon Dog, Adult Cat, Surf & Turf Cat, Lamb & Salmon Cat.

Returns are acceptable within 22 days from the date of purchase. No extension will be entertained.

Purchase receipt must be presented.

The kibble bag must be at least 60% remaining.

Please ensure the “Love It or Exchange It” sticker on the bag is still intact.

Customers are allowed to select any other recipe but the same bag size of the exchanged item.

The CHARM team will inspect the product upon return.

The exchange will take place immediately upon the return of goods is received.

Make an appointment through this form below by selecting a date and time within 22 days of purchase.

Indicate the new recipe you wish to exchange for.

Bring the bag of food together with the receipt to 3016 Bedok North Ave 4, #06-08 EASTech, Singapore 489947, for exchange with the recipe you selected.
